In the gaming industry we track trends worldwide but when it comes to Japan many of us write the region off to strict gaming tastes centered around JRPGs, Visual Novels and old style action games. That’s not really the case though.
Japan, like the rest of the world, love them some Call of Duty. In fact, Black Ops 4 sold more than double that of it’s nearest competitor, Red Dead Redemption 2.
We’d love to see some Japanese Pro Teams debut for Call of Duty. Perhaps one day we’ll get one.
