Tencent is bringing Fortnite to China in a big way.

Tencent, one of the biggest game publishers in the world has announced they are bringing Epic Game’s Fornite to their home country of China very soon.

The localization will include official servers for China, a dedicated website for promotion and a $15 Million investment in Esports and marketing.

Tencent owns part of Epic Games as well as Riot Games, the makers of League of Legends and seems to be the biggest gatekeeper of the growing Chinese market. They’ve already seen Battle Royale success by bringing Bluehole’s PUBG to China in both PC and Mobile form.

No doubt this will only add more fuel to the massive success of Fortnite allowing it to cover the world with it’s silly splendor.
